Ms. M. Caroline McKinnon

M. Caroline McKinnon, long time resident of Manhattan, New York, entered into rest November 23, 2020. Born in Potsdam, NY on January 1, 1938 she was the daughter of Kenneth and Anna G. (Cashion) McKinnon. She spent her childhood years in Hogansburg, NY and was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy, Malone NY, and Georgian Court University, Lakewood, NJ. She was a longtime employee of Cancer Care in New York City, raising funds for cancer research. She is survived by her dearest sister, Jane Dumas and her husband, Gary; loving aunt to eight nieces and nephews and eleven great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; sister, Molly (Harry) McColgan; a brother, R. Karl McKinnon. A private graveside service will be held at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Hogansburg at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials in Caroline’s name can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at act.alz.org.
