William E. Blair, 63, of Murray St., Malone died Sunday, October 1, 2017 at UVM Medical Center, Burlington, VT. Born on October 8, 1953 in Malone, NY, he was the son of William J. and Evelyn (Rousell) Blair. Bill was employed as a dispatcher for Graymont, Malone for 17 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 219, Malone. He enjoyed restoring old muscle cars and loved to shoot pool. He is survived by Ginger Blair of Malone; a son, Peter Blair of Malone; his mother, Evelyn Blair of Malone; a sister, Donna Lee Fisher of Syracuse; his niece/daughter, Brianna Collins and his nephew, Matt Fisher of Syracuse. He was predeceased by his father; a niece, Amanda Fisher and a brother-in-law, Vaughn Fisher. Calling hours will be held at St. Mary-Murphy-Wilcox Funeral Home on Friday, October 6 from 3 to 5 p.m. Burial at St. Francis Cemetery, Constable will be private and at the convenience of the family. Donations in his memory may be made to the Reddy Cancer Center, Malone.
